Bei LOTD ist jeder Ton echt, authentisch und zu hundert Prozent Metal. Nicht unschuldig daran dürfte Produzent Andy Classen sein, der die Jungs in seinem Stage One Studio zu Höchstleistungen anspornen konnte.

[...] At the moment Legion Of The Damned could very well be the biggest metal band of the little country we call The Netherlands. Playing the Wacken mainstage ain’t just something you do everday. For the music then, pure aggressive sick thrash metal with an overkill on double bass and vocals that tend to go towards black metal a bit, but suit the music perfectly. Wenn es momentan eine Band gibt, die es schafft, Leidenschaft und Energie der alten Trash-Helden ins aktuelle Jahrtausend zu transferieren, dann heißt sie Legion Of The Damned. Was das Quartett auf seinem Zweitwerk fabriziert, ist einfach nur göttlich. Im Vergleich zum superben Debüt "Malevolent Rapture" hat man nicht nur das Songwriting verbessern können; auch Andy-Classen-Sound kracht noch eine Nuance fetter und knackiger aus den Boxen [...]9,5 Punkte

Die Legacy Platte des Monats:[...] Schon nach den ersten Sekunden bringt der brachiale, mit vielen Details versehene Sound die Boxen zum Glühen, bis der Putz von der Decke rieselt. Andy Classen hat mit dieser Produktion wieder einmal beste Arbeit abgeliefert....

STUDIOREPORT[...] Darum können sich Legion Of The Damned keinen besseren Produzenten als Andy Classen wünschen: Mit ihm erarbeitete die eingespielte Mannschaft bereits das dritte Album in Folge [...]
Nicht umsonst sind zum Beispiel Belphegor oder Krisun zuletzt wieder in sein Stage one Studio in die Provinz zwischen Paderborn und Kassel zurückgekehrt [...] als Andy schließlich in den kleinen Kontrollraum bittet, sind selbst die erfahrenen Musiker aufgeregt, schließlich hören sie gleich zu ersten Mal die eigenen Songs mit allen produktionstechnischen Details in der festgelegten Albumreihenfolge. Classens lächeln strahlt Selbstbewusstsein und Enthusiasmus aus. Wie sehr der Mann sich in seine Aufgabe reingekniet hat und fünftes Mitglied der Legion geworden ist, zeigt sich, als die zehn Songs in gehobener Lautstärke durch den Raum poltern: Als perfekt aufeinander eingespieltes Duo durchleben er und Maurice die Texte, deuten mit fahrigen Handbewegungen Breaks an und kosten mit schwungvollem Kopfnicken besonders gelungene Riffs aus.
